concerns, she is friendly personable and knowledgeable about tampa, the owner lives next door and was very friendly helpful and quick to respond to any questions or concerns, she was welcoming and helpful in all aspects our 5 week stay, great location - very close to the ocean and downtown tampa, close to fishing pier bike trails publix target walgreens restaurants and easy access to bayshore boulevard, this place is a gem very quiet and safe neighborhood, i would recommend this to family and friends if they needed a place to stay in the area, There was one misunderstanding relating an upstairs apartment that was also for rent but not in the listing, Kitchen area is beautiful but the bedrooms and exterior could use some updating Wish we had known that one of the queen beds in a guest room was a blow up mattress, The fourth bedroom should state that it is an air mattress and a day bed, most of our time was spent grabbing quick coffee from the Keurig in the AM and hitting the
